Customary Courts Observer

The Customary Courts Observer (CCO) initiative is an independent programme of the African Center for Transitions Studies (ACT) aimed at strengthening the effectiveness, accountability, and human rights compliance of customary justice systems in Ethiopia.

This is initiative is being implemented as part of a memorandum of understanding between ACT and Ethiopia's Ministry of Justice
